These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and k677 (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the k677 online gaming platform accessible at k677.app and all associated services, applications, and content.

By creating an account, accessing the k677 platform, or using any k677 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the k677 platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the k677 platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

If any modification to this Agreement is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the k677 platform and close your account in accordance with Section 4 (Account Closure and Termination).

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account or use k677 services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. k677 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal at the time of account registration and gameplay. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of k677 complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. k677 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration Requirements

To create a k677 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) k677 account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify k677 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. k677 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, and you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

k677 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, k677 will require you to complete a KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued ID)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account, or other documentation linking the payment method to your name)

k677 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days will result in account suspension until verification is complete. k677 may refuse to process withdrawals until KYC verification is successfully completed.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. k677 does not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process transactions.

4. Account Closure and Termination

4.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your k677 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Account closure is permanent and irreversible.

4.2 Termination by k677

k677 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement
• Fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity theft
• Collusion, cheating, or use of automated software or bots
• Abusive behavior toward k677 staff or other players
• Creation of multiple accounts or account sharing
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against k677

Upon termination, k677 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance if the termination was due to fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable law. If termination was not due to User misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the User after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

k677 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer from major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of your financial institution. k677 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

5.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods, joint accounts not in your name, or anonymous payment methods are strictly prohibited. k677 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered in your name and to close your account.

5.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

k677 encourages responsible gaming and provides tools to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to set and manage deposit limits appropriate to your financial situation.

6. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by k677 in writing.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

k677 aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. However, processing times may be extended up to seventy-two (72) hours for additional verification, security checks, or during periods of high transaction volume. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional verification and processing time.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

k677 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of ₱50 or 2% of the withdrawal amount, whichever is greater. Payment processors or banks may impose their own fees, which are beyond k677's control.

6.4 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

k677 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

k677 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that k677 determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only your original deposit (minus any amounts already wagered) will be returned.

8. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the k677 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. k677 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to influence the results of any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. k677 will investigate all reported malfunctions and will refund affected bets at its sole discretion. k677 is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions, software errors, or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction

k677 services are strictly for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. k677 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and employs age verification measures during account registration and KYC processes. Any individual found to be under the age of twenty-one (21) will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

9.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

k677 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reversed or shortened under any circumstances.

9.3 Problem Gambling Resources

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, k677 encourages you to seek help. Resources are available through PAGCOR's responsible gaming initiatives and other support organizations. k677 will cooperate fully with any self-exclusion requests and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the k677 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of k677 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any k677 content without express written permission.

The k677 name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of k677. Unauthorized use of k677 trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, k677 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. k677's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose.

k677 is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials, or any other circumstances beyond k677's reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless k677, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the k677 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using k677 services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of k677 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from this Agreement or your use of k677 services, you agree to first contact k677 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against k677.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and k677 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of k677.
